Kim & Terra's Blog

Kim Spencer and Terra Myers are full time real estate professionals, native Oklahomans’ and local residents of the Edmond/Oklahoma City area. Like mother like daughter, Kim and Terra both received their Marketing degrees from Oklahoma Christian University. Kim has been a licensed Realtor since 1996 and Terra earned her license in 2006, but has been in the business since 2000. In 1997, Kim was recognized as the Keller Williams “Rookie of the Year.” In 2002 she was the winner of the EXCELL award. Both Kim and Terra are members of the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty. Kim and Terra pride themselves on total client dedication and are easy to reach and prompt on response. Kim and her husband Terry have been married for 31 years and have two daughters, Terra and Kiley. Terra has been married to Brad Myers of Topeka, Kansas for 3 years.
